WEFLO, a future mobility solution company, is hosted by the Jeonnam Creative Economy Innovation Center It was finally selected for the 'Mobility Overseas Demonstration (PoC) Support Project'.
The project aims to substantially support the global expansion of domestic innovators by providing PoC and networking opportunities in major European markets, including Germany. In particular, global conglomerates such as Mercedes-Benz, Lufthansa, Henkel, Maxian Wheels, and V4Smart Technology will be set as demand sources to conduct business-oriented meet-up programs such as technology proposals, working-level meetings, and on-site feedback.
Key performance indicators for each company (K) at the business agreement ceremonyPI) We also held 1:1 consulting sessions for setup and expert mentoring sessions for establishing strategies for global entry. △ABR (re-manufacturing process of secondary batteries using eco-friendly direct recycling technology) △ SE2 Materials (development of high-performance cathode materials for secondary batteries) △HEMC (development of next-generation hybrid silicon cathode materials) △WEFLO (development of artificial intelligence (AI)-based automatic detection of damage to the exterior of a gas and integrated management platform for damage history) △Emergency Lab (development of high-function and light-weight heat dissipation materials) △ECube Materials (lithiumIt is a total of six companies, including the development of silicon anode materials for high capacity and high output of ion batteries).
These companies will be provided with full-cycle support programs such as training and seminars to strengthen their global entry capabilities, writing PoC proposals and feedback from local consumers, meeting-up programs with global conglomerates, and linking performance-based follow-up commercialization. It also plans to review direct investment and operate a continuous follow-up management system in connection with related organizations such as Better Capital (VC) and Accelerator (AC).
After conducting a domestic pre-program, the center will finally select three companies in the second half of the year and conduct PoC directly in Germany. It plans to secure a bridgehead for European expansion by comprehensively reviewing the possibility of collaboration with global demand sources and market reactions.
We are very encouraged to demonstrate the excellence of civil aircraft exterior inspection solutions in European markets such as Germany and seek practical business cooperation opportunities with large global companies through this support project, said Yeejung Kim, CEO of WEFLO. "The experience and data to be built using this PoC will play a decisive role in leading the safety and efficiency of future air mobility by expanding the application of technology to the field of exterior inspection of next-generation air taxis (AAMs), which are currently being actively discussed."
