[Sports Korea Reporter Cho Min-wook] WEFLO, a startup specializing in future urban aviation (AAM) solutions, announced on the 10th that it will participate in 'NextRise 2024 Seoul' held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul.

Nextrise is the largest single ventureand startup event in Korea.

WEFLO will participate for two days from the 13th to the 14th to showcase AI predictive maintenance solutions for future mobility.

GS Energy operates a booth at an independent booth operated by GS Energy under the name of "The GS Challenge: Future Energy," an Open Innovation program. GS Energy is a subsidiary of GS Ventures, a WEFLO investment company.

eVTOL (electric-powered vertical takeoff and landing) and electric vehicles, which are the gases of air taxis, are eco-friendly mobility with little carbon emissions by driving electric motors with fuel cells and batteries rather than internal combustion engines that generate existing fumes.

WEFLO is developing an inspection and diagnosis solution for mobility powered by eco-friendly energy and has 23 domestic and foreign patents related to it. In recognition of its technology and innovation, it was selected as "Pre-ICON," a scale-up program of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund in April.

In this exhibition, WEFLO plans to unveil solutions for next-generation mobility until "EV-Pit" △ "verti-Pit" △ "Smart Hangar" which checks the driving unit, structural stability, and mechanical defects of the drone.
