WEFLO (CEO Yeejung Kim), a company specializing in future mobility inspection and inspection platforms, announced that it has conducted social contribution activities to share opportunities for future technology experiences with local children for Family Month in May.

On the 26th, WEFLO invited 20 elementary school students who used the Jeonju Dongsan Children's Center to the Jeonju International Drone Sports Center to hold drone and VR-based future mobility experience events. The event was designed to provide local children with special cultural and experience opportunities and to help them access cutting-edge technology more easily and pleasantly.

Children who participated in the event experienced drone sports and future mobility technologies by watching actual mini-drone demonstrations and controlling drone soccer VR simulators themselves. Wiplo supported round-trip vehicles for children's safe and comfortable movement, as well as drone piloting education, and delivered gifts to commemorate Family Month.

This event was held with the voluntary participation and operation of WEFLO executives and employees. WEFLO shared the technology and infrastructure accumulated in the future mobility field with the local community, helping children experience high-tech industries that are difficult to encounter. In particular, the meaning of local win-win activities was added in that it provided new technology experience opportunities for children caring after school.

WEFLO is a company that has advanced inspection and inspection technology in the field of drone and future aviation mobility since its establishment in 2022, and is recognized for its technological prowess by winning the CES 2025 Innovation Award. The headquarters is located in Daejeon and has a branch in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, and is actively participating in social contribution activities that link local infrastructure and corporate resources.

We hope this event served as an opportunity for local children to enjoy high-tech experiences and develop dreams and motivations for future industries, said Yeejung Kim, CEO of WEFLO. "We will continue to share the technology and infrastructure owned by Wiplo with the local community, and continue various activities to bridge the digital and information gap for children and co-prosperity in the region."

In the future, WEFLO plans to expand experience opportunities in high-tech industries such as drones, robots, and future mobility based on cooperation with Jeonju City and local organizations, and practice social responsibility as a growing company with local communities.
